North Central College Cardinals

2010: Finished third (24:24.6) at the NCAA III National Championships, earning All-American honors and helping the Cardinals to a runner-up finish. Named Midwest Region Runner of the Year by the USTFCCCA for the second straight season after winning the regional title at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet (24:06.4) in Rock Island, Ill. Won six races during the year, including the CCIW Championships (24:15), Notre Dame Invitational (24:41) and the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships (24:23). Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection. Was a four-time CCIW Runner of the Week selection.

2009: Finished runner-up (25:32) at the NCAA III National Championships, earning All-American honors and helping the Cardinals to their 13th National Title. Named Midwest Region Runner of the Year by the USTFCCCA after winning the regional title at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet (24:17) in Winneconne, Wis. Finished second at the CCIW Championships (26:34), earning All-CCIW honors while also finishing second at the Bradley Invitational (24:43). Won CCIW Runner of the Week honors twice during the year, on Sep. 22 after finishing sixth at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships (24:47) and again on Oct. 20 after placing second at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (24:24). Won the individual title at the season-opening Elmhurst Early-Bird (19:01).

2008: Finished second at the CCIW Cross Country Championships (25:12), earning All-CCIW honors, and placed fourth at the NCAA III Midwest Regional (24:54). Earned All-American honors after leading the Cardinals with a 12th-place finish (24:46) at the National Championships.

2007: Placed second for the team and fifth overall at the CCIW Cross Country Championships... Placed fifth for the team and 127th overall at the NCAA III Cross Country Championships.

Major: Management
