Dylan Milkent

Dylan Milkent served as the graduate assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the North Central College men's soccer team during the 2014 and 2015 seasons, and enters 2016 as an assistant coach for the Cardinals. He remains the program's recruiting coordinator. He also serves as the goalkeeper coach for the North Central women's soccer program.

At Loras College, Milkent was a two-time all-conference goalkeeper. He also earned a 42-4-4 overral record during his time there, while recording 24 shutouts. Milkent was named Team MVP in 2013. 

Milkent made two NCAA Final Four appearances for Loras as the starting goalkeeper, which came in 2012 and 2013. He also made NCAA Tournament appearances in 2010 and 2011, and was an Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) champion in 2010, 2012 and 2013, being honored as an IIAC All-Conference selection in 2012 and 2013.

In 2012, he broke the IIAC regular season record for goals against in conference play, and was also ranked ninth nationally in save percentage.

Along with his playing accomplishments, Milkent holds a National Soccer Coaches of America (NSCAA) National Diploma and Goalkeeper License.

Milkent graduated from Loras with a major in public relations and minor in general business. He graduated from North Central in spring 2016 with a master's degree in leadership studies. 

Milkent is a native of the area and attended Glenbard South High School.
