2016: Ran 1:53.33 for 800 meters and 4:10.21 for one mile indoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in mile, placing 11th in preliminary heats. Placed first in mile and distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Also finished first in mile at Cardinal Opener and in 800 at Olivet Nazarene Invitational. Two-time CCIW Running Event Athlete of the Week. Established new North Central outdoor records at 800 (1:49.40) and 1,500 meters (3:44.85), earning All-America awards in both events by placing fifth in 1,500 and seventh in 800 at Division III Outdoor Championships. Placed first in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships, Illinois Twilight and Wheaton Twilight Meet. Also won 800 at Wheaton Twilight Meet. Ran on first-place distance medley relay at Drake Relays, the program's first Drake championship since 2007.
2015: Ran 4:11.89 for one mile and 8:21.30 for 3,000 meters indoors. Ran on fourth-place distance medley relay team at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships to earn All-America honors and also placed ninth in 3,000. Placed second in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships and Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Established new North Central record with time of 3:47.14 for 1,500 meters outdoors at Dr. Keeler Invitational. Finished first in 1,500 and seventh in 800 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Also placed first in 1,500 at Wheaton Invitational. Placed fourth in 1,500 at NCAA Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors.
2014: Ran 4:19.74 for one mile indoors. Ran on winning distance medley relay team at Squig Converse Invitational. Ran 3:52.18 for 1,500 meters outdoors.
2013: Ran 2:00.25 for 800 meters, 2:34.21 for 1,000 meters and 4:18.65 for one mile indoors. Outdoors, ran 1:57.34 for 800 meters and 3:52.54 for 1,500 meters. Placed fourth in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
