2015: Ran 23.37 for 200 meters and 50.22 for 400 meters indoors. Ran on fourth-place distance medley relay team at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, earning All-America honors in the event for the second straight year. Placed second in distance medley relay and seventh in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on winning 4-by-400-meter relay team and finished fourth in 400 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 3 as part of 4-by-400 relay team. Posted outdoor season bests of 53.28 (400-meter hurdles) and 168'8" (javelin throw). Placed second in 400 hurdles, third in 4-by-400-meter relay, fifth in 4-by-100-meter relay and sixth in javelin at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won javelin at Wheaton Invitational. Qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships in 400-meter hurdles, placing 15th. Academic All-CCIW and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
2014: Ran 23.41 for 200 meters and 50.15 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in distance medley relay (10:11.62), third in 4-by-400-meter relay (3:22.52) and third in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Competed on North Central's fastest distance medley relay of the season (9:57.34) at UW-Stevens Point Eastbay/Pointer Invitational and ran on winning 4-by-400 relay teams at Carthage Invitational (3:24.27) and Chicagoland Indoor Championships (3:19.38). Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in two events, earning All-America honors with eighth-place finish in distance medley relay and placing ninth in 4x400 relay.
Posted outdoor season bests of 53.59 (400-meter hurdles) and 181'11" (javelin throw). Placed second in both events, as well as fourth in 4x100-meter relay and fifth in 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on winning 4x100m relay at Wheaton Twilight Meet and competed on ninth-place 4x400m relay at Drake Relays which posted North Central's fastest time of the season (3:12.77). Won javelin throw at Wheaton Invitational. Earned All-America honors at Division III Outdoor Championships with fifth-place finish in 4x400 relay. Academic All-CCIW.
2013: Ran 50.47 for 400 meters, and 3:18.87 in the 4x400 meter relay. Placed second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:22.98) at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Outdoors, ran 50.20 for 400 meters and 54.34 for 400-meter hurdles. Placed second in 4x400 relay and second in 400 hurdles at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships in 4x400-meter relay, placing 12th. Academic All-CCIW.
