Biography
2013: Ran 23.79 for 200 meters, 8.11 for 55-meter hurdles, 8.83 for 60-meter hurdles and 3:29.84 in the 4x400 meter relay indoors. Outdoors, ran 15.12 for 110-meter hurdles and 53.05 for 400-meter hurdles. Placed second in 110 hurdles, 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships in 400-meter hurdles (placing 18th) and 4x400-meter relay (placing 12th). Academic All-CCIW.
2012: Ran 22.77 for 200 meters, 52.44 for 400 meters and 8.54 for 60-meter hurdles indoors. Ran on shuttle hurdle relay team which established a new school record (1:01.45) at the Drake Relays. Placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles and eighth in the 200 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 15.12 for 110-meter hurdles and 53.84 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors, placing third in both events at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2011: Ran 8.09 in 55-meter hurdles, 8.87 in 60-meter hurdles, 23.31 in 200-meter dash and 52.98 in 400-meter dash indoors. Placed seventh in 55-meter hurdles at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 15.42 in 110-meter hurdles and 54.50 in 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Placed first in 400-meter hurdles and fourth in 110-meter hurdles at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.
2010: Ran 8.18 in the 55-meter hurdles and 23.97 in the 200-meter dash indoors. Placed fifth in the 55-meter hurdles at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Achieved season best times of 15.59 in the 110-meter hurdles and 55.70 in the 400-meter hurdles during outdoors... Was a member of the 4x110-meter hurdle shuttle relay team at the Drake Relays... Placed sixth in the 400-meter hurdles and seventh in the 110-meter hurdles at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
