Biography
2013: Posted a career-best total of 4,655 points in indoor pentathlon. Also ran 7.30 for 60 meters, and jumped 20'7" in long jump indoors. Outdoors, ran 11.27 for 100 meters, achieved 115'9" in shot put, 159'2" in javelin throw, and 5,954 in the decathlon.
2012: Achieved season-best total of 4,161 points in indoor pentathlon, placing first at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Also ran 7.32 for 60 meters and turned in season-best 20' 3/4" in long jump indoors. Achieved outdoor season-best totals of 5,853 points in decathlon and 163'3" in javelin throw. Placed second in decathlon and sixth in javelin throw at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2011: Achieved season-best total of 3,120 points in indoor pentathlon, placing fourth at CCIW Indoor Championships. Turned in outdoor season bests of 5,779 points in decathlon and 163'2" in javelin throw. Placed third in decathlon and seventh in javelin throw at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
Academic All-CCIW.
2010: Achieved indoor season best of 2,678 points in the pentathlon. Finished sixth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with 5,287 points.
