Biography
2016: Recorded a indoor personal best in the mile run with a time of 4:18.32. Ran 8:35.26 for 3,000 meters, and 14:53.13 for 5,000 meters. Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in distance medley relay, finishing 10th. Placed third in the mile run and third in the 5,000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship. Finished second in 5,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championship. Placed first in 3,000 at Olivet Nazarene Invitational. Set outdoor personal bests in the 1,500 meter run (3:54.34) and 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:03.57). Placed third at the CCIW Outdoor Championship in the steeplechase and second in the 1,500 meter run. Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship in steeplechase, finishing 20th overall. Academic All-CCIW.
2015: Ran 4:19.02 for one mile, 8:28.32 for 3,000 meters and 14:36.44 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed third in mile and 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships and finished sixth in 3,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 5,000, placing ninth. Ran 3:57.17 for 1,500 meters and 9:10.39 in 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in steeplechase, placing 11th overall. Won steeplechase and placed seventh in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Also posted first-place finishes in 1,500 at Chicagoland Outdoor Championships, 3,000-meter run at Benedictine Twilight Invitational and steeplechase at Wheaton Twilight Meet.Academic All-CCIW and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
2014: Ran 4:29.82 for one mile, 8:35.86 for 3,000 meters and 15:10.52 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed fourth in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 3:59.13 for 1,500 meters and 9:22.66 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors.
2013: Ran 4:31.00 for one mile, 8:57.48 for 3,000 meters, and 15:42.49 for 5,000 meters indoors. Outdoors, ran 4:02.72 for 1,500 meters, 9:42.32 for 3,000-meter steeplechase, and 15:40.17 for 5,000 meters. Academic All-CCIW.
