2021
- Ran 7.42 for 60 meters, 22.46 for 200 metes and 49.63 for 400 meters indoors
- Established new North Central outdoor record at 400 meters (46.74) and posted second-fastest outdoor time in 200-meter dash (21.26) in program history
- Ran on second-fastest 4x100-meter relay team in program history (41.01) at Gregory Invitational
- Placed first in 200, 400 and 4x100-meter relay and second in 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championship
- Won individual national title in 400 and placed third in 200 at Division III Outdoor Championship to earn All-America honors in both events while also placing ninth in 4x100 relay
2020
- Ran 7.25 for 60 meters, 22.24 for 200 meters and 49.16 for 400 meters indoors
- Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week Jan. 28 and Feb. 11
- Finished first in 400 and 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championship while placing third in 200
- Qualified for NCAA III Indoor Championship and earned All-America honors in 400, 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay
2019
- Ran 22.17 for 200 meters and 49.11 for 400 meters outdoors
- Ran 22.89 for 200 meters and 50.07 for 400 meters indoors
- Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championship
- Placed 7th in 4-by-400 meter relay at Division III Outdoor Championships
2018: Ran 7.30 for 60 meters, 22.55 for 200 meters and 400 meters indoors. Set new North Central freshman record indoors at 300 meters (35.43). Placed second in 200 and seventh in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 400-meter leg of distance medley relay at NCAA Indoor Championships, placing seventh to earn All-America honors. Ran 21.91 in the 200 meters, 49.59 in the 400 meters, 41.48 in the 4x100-meters relay, 1:27.98 in the 4x200-meter relay, and 3:11.26 in the 4x400-meter relay outdoors. Placed 2nd in the 200 meters, 2nd in the 4x100 meters, and 2nd in the 4x400 meters at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed 4th in the 4x400-meter relay at NCAA Outdoor Championships earning All-American Honors.
