2015: Named CCIW Running Event Athlete of the Week Jan. 20 after establishing new North Central indoor varsity record at 1,000 meters (2:29.81) at Grand Valley State Mike Lints Alumni Open. Also ran 1:55.37 for 800 meters indoors. Ran on fourth-place distance medley relay team at NCAA Division III Indoor Champonships to earn All-America honors in the event for the second straight year. Placed second in 800 and 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Added second-place finish in 800 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships.
Ran 1:53.45 for 800 meters outdoors.Placed third in 800 and 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won 800 at Wheaton Invitational and Benedictine Twilight Invitational.
2014: Ran 1:54.63 for 800 meters indoors. Placed first in distance medley relay and sixth in 800 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Also ran on distance medley relay which produced North Central's fastest time of the season (9:57.34) at UW-Stevens Point Eastbay/Pointer Invitational. Earned All-America honors with eighth-place finish in distance medley relay at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships. Ran 1:53.98 for 800 meters outdoors. Placed sixth in 800 and fifth in 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on first-place 4x400-meter relay team at Wheaton Twilight Meet and competed on second-place distance medley relay squad at Drake Relays.
2013: Ran 52.13 for 400 meters, 1:23.43 for 600 meters, 1:55.77 for 800 meters, and 10:32.06 in the distance medley relay. Placed seventh (1:57.05) in the 800 meter dash at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Outdoors, ran 1:55.02 for 800 meters and 4:11.78 for 1,500 meters. Placed eighth in 800 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2012: Ran 1:56.88 for 800 meters indoors. Ran 1:54.34 for 800 meters and 4:08.71 for 1,500 meters oudoors. Placed seventh in 800 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
