Biography
2017: Ran 50.47 for 400 meters indoors. Ran on first-place 4-by-400-meter relay teams at CCIW Indoor Championships, Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open, Cardinal Opener, Cardinal Classic and Wisconsin-Stevens Point Final Qualifier. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, placing third to earn All-America honors. Ran 49.98 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed second in 4-by-400-meter relay and eighth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.
2016: Ran 22.95 for 200 meters and 50.23 for 400 meters indoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, finishing fifth to earn All-America honors. Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay and eighth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on first-place 4-by-200-meter relay team at Squig Converse Invitational. Ran 22.85 for 200 meters outdoors. Ran personal best 48.70 for 400 meters at the CCIW Outdoor Championship, placing fifth. Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships for the 4-by-400 meter relay, finishing seventh to earn All-America honors. Also ran on first-place 4-by-400 relay at Chicagoland Outdoor Championship. Jack Swartz Academic All-CCIW Award Winner for indoor season, also earning Academic All-CCIW honors outdoors.
2015: Ran 23.24 for 200 meters and 49.85 for 400 meters indoors. Placed third in 400 and ran on winning 4-by-400-meter relay team at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Placed fifth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 3 as part of 4-by-400 relay team. Ran 49.14 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed fifth in 4-by-100-meter relay and eighth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
2014: Ran 51.04 for 400 meters indoors. Ran 22.82 for 200 meters and 49.03 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed fourth in 400 and 4x100-meter relay and fifth in 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on winning 4x100 and 4x400 relays at Wheaton Twilight Meet and ran on ninth-place 4x400m relay at Drake Relays which posted North Central's fastest time of the season (3:12.77). Anchored North Central's 4x400 relay team to a fifth-place finish at Division III Outdoor Championships to earn Alll-America honors. Academic All-CCIW.
