2017: Ran 8:26.23 for 3,000 meters and 14:39.23 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed second in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 4:00.08 for 1,500 meters, 14:25.62 for 5,000 meters and 30:03.42 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Finished third in 10,000 and sixth in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed 11th in 10,000 and 12th in 5,000 at Division III Outdoor Championships. Placed first in 10,000 Phil Esten Challenge. Finished 19th in championship section of 5,000 at Drake Relays.
2016: Ran 8:23.89 for 3,000 meters and 14:32.78 for 5,000 meters indoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in two events, earning All-America honors with eighth-place finish in 5,000 and finishing 11th in 3,000. Placed first in 3,000 and second in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Also finished first in 5,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships and in distance medley relay at Cardinal Classic. Ran 14:13.59 for 5,000 meters and 29:55.63 for 10,000 meters outdoors, placing second in both events at CCIW Outdoor Championship. Competed in both events at Division III Outdoor Championships, earning All-America honors with fifth-place finish in 10,000 and placing ninth in 5,000. Won 10,000 at Augustana Meet of Champions.
2015: Ran 8:34.83 for 3,000 meters and 14:41.60 for 5,000 meters indoors. Won 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships and placed seventh in 3,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Ran 14:42.89 for 5,000 meters and 30:45.93 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Won 5,000 at Wheaton Twilight Meet. Placed second in 10,000 and third in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships in 10,000, placing 19th.
2014: Ran 4:33.82 for one mile and 8:55.40 for 3,000 meters indoors. Ran 4:07.87 for 1,500 meters, 15:06.34 for 5,000 meters and 32:05.77 for 10,000 meters outdoors.
