Creig Frederico joined the North Central College men's and women's volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach and strength and conditioning coordinator prior to the 2018-2019 academic year.
Frederico has extensive experience across all NCAA levels, also serving as the strength and conditioning coordinator at Lewis University, Dominican University and Concordia University Chiago, as well as past experience at both the high school and club levels.
Frederico began his career at his alma mater, Illinois State University, where he served as the head strength and conditioning coach as well as associate professor of health and physical education.
Following a four-year career on the Illinois State football team, Frederico had brief stints with the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL), and the Pittsburgh Gladiators of the Arena Football League. He also previously served as President and National Director of Pro Football Regional Combines and also held the position of Director of Events and Sr. Manager at USA Football.
Frederico holds a masters degree in exercise science from Illinois State and currently resides in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
