Gianna Corban '22 joined the North Central College softball coaching staff prior to the 2023 season as an assistant coach.
Corban was a four-year starting pitcher for the Cardinals from 2019-2022, making 62 starts in 89 total appearances. Corban graduated with a career won-lost record of 44-23, establishing a new North Central career record with 434 strikeouts and recording 13 shutouts. As a senior, Corban went 18-5 and set a single-season program record with 203 strikeouts as the Cardinals advanced to the championship round of the NCAA Division III Regional Championship at Trine University.
Corban graduated from North Central in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in sport management.
