Holly RoadruckĀ '10 Scott joined the North Central College softball team prior to the 2020 season as an assistant coach.
During her time as a player, she compiled a record of 27-14 as a pitcher while batting .331 for her career. Scott was named the 2009 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Player of the Year in 2009. The following season, she earned All-CCIWĀ and All-Region honors.
Since then, she has been coaching softball for the past 10 seasons at places like Wheaton North High School, the Lemont Sizzlers andĀ GenuWIN Sports as a softball training instructor, She also served as the Director of Softball for Game Day USA. Currently, she also works for the Chicago Bandits as a Pitching Instructor.

She received her bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and master's degree in sports leadership from North Central and now resides in Elmhurst with her husband Dan Scott '11 and her two daughters, Lucy and Evelyn.
