North Central College Cardinals

2010: Finished 15th at the NCAA Division III National Championships (21:32), becoming just the sixth Cardinal to earn All-American honors in College history. Won the CCIW Championship, finishing the course in 21:47 before placing third overall at the NCAA Division III MIdwest Regional (21:29), earning All-Region honors. Competed in eight races during the year, tallying seven top 10 finishes. Earned CCIW Runner of the Week honors on five occasions. Academic All-CCIW. USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2009: Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships after placing 20th at the Midwest Regional. Would go on to place 94th at the National meet, the highest finish among Cardinal runners. Earned All-CCIW accolades for the third time in her career after placing sixth at the CCIW Championships on Oct. 31. Honored as USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2008: Was the top finishing Cardinal at the CCIW Cross Country Championships, recording a fifth place finish to earn All-Conference honors for the second time in her career. Led the team again two weeks later at the NCAA Midwest Region, placing 33rd overall. Finished 11th at the season opening Spartan Invitational on Sept. 12, and recorded a season best time of 2:48 at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational on Oct. 18 in Winneconne, Wis. USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2007: Spent the school year overseas in a study abroad program.

2006: Made a big impact as a freshman, earning CCIW Freshman of the Year honors for cross country after placing fourth at the conference meet. also took 11th at the NCAA III Midwest Regional to earn all-region honors while finishing third for the team and 53rd overall at the national meet. Honored as USTFCCCA All-Academic.
