Rebecca Kaefring '19/M '21 joined the North Central College women's Cross Country and Track and Field coaching staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2022-2023 season.
Kaefring was a four-year member of the women's cross country and track & field teams at North Central, earning All-College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) in cross country in 2015 and served as team captain in 2018.
A three-time Academic All-CCIW recipient, Kaefring also earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors in 2015. Additionally, Kaefring served as an athletic mentor during her junior and senior seasons.
Kaefring graduated from North Central in the spring of 2019 with bachelor's degrees in exercise science and psychology, and completed a masters degree in sports leadership in 2021.
