Mollie Stevens joined the North Central College coaching staff as an assistant coach for the Cardinals' women's lacrosse program prior to the 2023 season.
Stevens currently serves as the Illinois Director for the True Lacrosse club program. From 2019-2022, Stevens was the head girls' varsity lacrosse coach at St. Margaret's Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano, California, while also serving as the Orange County (California) Director for Mad Dog Lacrosse. During the 2018-2019 academic year, Stevens was the offensive coordinator at Fresno State University.
Stevens played collegiately at the University of Florida from 2014-2017. As a senior, Stevens received First Team All-America and All-Region honors from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA), as well as BIG EAST All-Conference First Team, Attacker of the Year and Tournament Most Oustanding Player honors, and was a Top 25 nominee for the Tewaaraton Award, which recognizes the nation's most outstanding player.
A two-time All-Region and All-BIG EAST honoree at Florida, Stevens established single-season and single-game records for draw controls for the Gators and was a two-time National Player of the Week. Stevens gained international experience competing for Team USA in 2015 and 2016 in games against the Japanese and English National Teams before playing with the Women's Professional Lacrosse League's Upstate Pride in 2018. Stevens also played professionally with Athletes Unlimited during the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
Stevens graduated from Florida in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in tourism, event and recreation management.
