Sloane Baumgartner joined the North Central College women's lacrosse coaching staff as a graduate assistant coach prior to the 2020-2021 academic year.
Baumgartner recently wrapped up a four-year playing career at Ohio Wesleyan University where she was a two-time All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) selection, leading the Battling Bishops in goals and points in each of her last three seasons.  Baumgartner finished her career as the all-time leading goal scorer in program history with 159, while ranking second in career points with 216.
Baumgartner graduated from Ohio Wesleyan in the spring of 2020 with bachelor's degrees in business administration and sport management, and will be pursuing a master's degree in organizational leadership from North Central.
