Greg Pignataro joined the North Central College women’s soccer coaching staff in 2016 as full-time assistant coach. Previously, Pignataro was a volunteer assistant coach for the Carthage College Men’s soccer team for the 2013-2015 seasons, while simultaneously working full-time in the pharmaceutical industry as a project manager for Baxter Healthcare.
From 2008-2009, Pignataro was a member of the soccer team at Marquette University for his redshirt freshman and sophomore seasons before transferring to Carthage College for the 2010 season.
At Carthage, Pignataro was a three-time All-CCIW and three-time All-Wisconsin selection. In 2011, he captained Carthage to its first “CCIW Double,” winning both the CCIW regular season and conference tournament championships.
Pignataro graduated from Carthage in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. He is currently studying to pursue accreditation as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a focus on soccer-specific training.
