Faith Ladin '24/M'25 joined the women's track and field coaching staff ahead of the 2025-2026 season.
As an undergraduate at North Central, Ladin helped lead the Cardinals to seven indoor and outdoor CCIW Championship titles while claiming six individual championship titles in javelin (2021, 2025), heptathlon (2021, 2023, 2024) and the outdoor 4-by-400m relay (2023). In all, Ladin accrued 22 All-CCIW honors. Additionally, she is a four time All-American in the heptathlon and javelin events. In her final season, Ladin turned in her highest finishes at the national championships, placing third in the javelin (136'5") and eighth in the heptathlon (4861).
Ladin closed out her collegiate career ranking in the program's top-10 lists in 14 occasions including both individual events and relays. She set two school records during her tenure, with a 44.42m (145'9") throw in javelin and a point total of 5,004 in the heptathlon — becoming the only Cardinal in program history to break 5,000 points in the event.
Ladin earned her undergraduate degrees in exercise science and sport management in 2024 and is currently pursuing a master's degree while serving as the jumps and javelin coach at North Central.
