North Central College Cardinals

2014: Ran 2:17.32 for 800 meters and 5:09.11 for one mile indoors. Placed second in mile and eighth in 800 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on winning distance medley relay teams at Cardinal Opener and Warhawk Classic and won 800 at Cardinal Classic. Posted outdoor season bests of 2:18.76 in 800 meters and 4'11.75" in high jump. Placed fifth in high jump at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.

2013: During the outdoor season, set bests of 2:14.46 at 800 meters, 4:44.28 at 1,500 meters, and 3:58.43 in 4x400-meter relay. Placed third in the 1,500-meter run at CCIW Outdoor Championships.  Academic All-CCIW.

2012: Recorded indoor season bests of 2:15.23 in the 800 meters, 4:56.86 in the mile run, 5'1.75" in the high jump, and was a part of the 4x400 meter relay that ran 3:55.11. Claimed the individual CCIW Indoor Championships title in the mile run, placed third in the 800, and placed second in the 4x400 meter relay. Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile run and placed ninth overall. During the outdoor season, ran 2:13.46 in the 800 and 4:31.96 in the 1500 meter run as well as a leg on the 4x400 meter run that ran a season best of 3:54.47. Placed second in the 1500 meter run, third in the 800 meter run, and fourth in the 4x400 meter relay at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meter run and placed 11th.

2011: Achieved indoor season bests of 2:14.59 in 800 meters and 5'4.25" in high jump. Provisionally qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 800. Competed on third-place 4x400-meter relay and seventh-place distance medley relay at Division III Indoor Championships, earning All-America honors in both events. Ran on 4x400 relay which set new North Central indoor record (3:50.01). Won 800 and placed second in distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Posted outdoor season bests of 2:13.48 in 800 and 5'3.25" in high jump. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 800 and 4x400. Earned All-America honors as part of 4x400 relay at Outdoor National Championships, placing fourth and establishing a new North Central record (3:46.08). Finished 19th at outdoor nationals in 800. Placed second in 800 and fifth in 4x400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.

2010: Posted indoor season bests of 2:25.08 (800 meters) and 5'3.25" (high jump). Ran on distance medley relay team that placed fifth at CCIW Indoor Championships (12:56.21), while also placing third in the high jump.
