North Central College Cardinals

Kendra Ryan '25 joined the North Central women's wrestling coaching staff as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2025.

As an undergraduate at North Central, Ryan had a stellar four-year career on the mat for the Cardinals, competing at 110 pounds and helped lead the women's wrestling program to a national title in 2023, two national runner-up finishes in 2024 and 2025, three Region IV Championships, and three CCIW Championships. A four-time Collegiate All-American in the 110-pound weight class, Ryan's resume includes CCIW and Regional individual titles while ranking 4th on the program’s career wins list with 89 career victories and 2nd on the program’s career technical falls list with 60. 

Ryan is a multiple time USA Wrestling All-American at the U20, U23 and Senior level, and is currently on the USA Wrestling Senior National team, ranking third on the USA Olympic ladder at 50kg.

A four-time NWCA Scholar All-American, Ryan graduate in the spring of 2025 with a degree in exercise science.
