ADRIAN, Mich. (Apr. 17, 2010) - The North Central College women's lacrosse team hit the road for the first time in three weeks on Saturday, losing a 20-3 decision at Adrian College.
The Bulldogs (9-2) scored twice in the first minute of play and never looked back, extending their lead throughout the contest. North Central's first goal came from 
Amy Frazzini with 24:12 left in the opening period, but Adrian followed with eight unanswered scores to pull ahead, 11-1. Frazzini scored again just before halftime.
Adrian scored the first three goals of the second half before 
Jessica Seggman found the net off a pass from Frazzini. The hosts tacked on five more goals before time expired.
Alison Musur and 
Danielle Fiala each finished with three draw controls for the Cardinals (2-8), while 
Natalie Vivacqua collected five ground balls. 
Elise Manzie made 13 saves in goal.
North Central remains in Adrian on Sunday, taking on Albion College (Mich.) at noon Eastern time.
