KENOSHA, Wis. (Oct. 22, 2011)-- 110 minutes of play was not enough for a winner to emerge on Saturday at Art Keller Field as North Central College and host Carthage College played to a 1-1 stalemate in a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin women's soccer match.

After a scoreless opening half, the Cardinals' (7-7-1, 0-4-1 CCIW) Jennifer Guy opened up the scoring with a goal in the 58th minute of play off a Mackenzie Wenger assist. North Central maintained the one goal edge until the 78th minute when the Lady Reds' (8-7-2, 2-2-1 CCIW) Nanda Holler netted the equalizer in what turned out to be the final score of the afternoon.

Host Carthage finished the contest with a slim 14-11 edge in shots, including a 4-3 advantage in overtime while holding a 7-4 edge in shots on target.

Amy Frazzini logged all 110 minutes in goal for the Cardinals, recording six saves. Her counterpart, Angela Spinelli, turned away three shots in 110 minutes of work.

The Cardinals, unbeaten in their last three games (2-0-1), close out their home slate on Wednesday, welcoming Augustana College to Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium at 7:30 p.m.
