Nathan Fitzenreider and
Andrew Zobac remain ranked in the top ten of their respective weight-classes, in the seventh installment of the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) poll.
Fitzenreider, ranked first nationally at 125 pounds, has an overall record of 24-6 so far this season. The junior is 6-3, wrestling at 125 pounds after dropping down from 133 pounds, where he posted a record of, 18-1. Fitzenreider currently ranks sixth in school history in career pins with 27 as well as cracking the top-ten in career victories this season with 110, placing him seventh on the all-time list.
So far this season, Zobac has posted a record of 21-5 at 141 pounds, where he is currently ranked fifth. The senior is only five wins shy of cracking the century mark in career victories.
The Cardinals will take part in the Wheaton College Pete Willson Invitational this weekend, Jan. 27-28, with the opening match scheduled for 11 am on Friday.
