D3baseball.com All-Central Region

May 21, 2013 – North Central College student-athlete John Ciolkosz was named to the 2013 D3baseball.com All-Central Region First Team, as voted by the region's sports information directors.

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) represented 10 of the 14 first team selections, with 15 student-athletes from the conference earning All-Central Region honors.

Ciolkosz finished the 2013 campaign with a .333 batting average while slugging .513.  The junior designated hitter led the team with 52 hits, 20 extra-base hits, 16 multiple hit games, 14 doubles, 29 runs batted in and 80 total bases.  He finished second on the team with four homeruns and 27 runs scored while finishing the season on a 14-game hitting streak.

North Central finished the season with an overall record of 18-19, posting a 10-11 record in CCIW play.
