Sept. 11, 2018 - North Central College women's soccer forward Lexi Dimovski has been recognized as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Offensive Soccer Player of the Week. The CCIW announced its most recent round of Player of the Week selections Tuesday.

Dimovski received the distinction for her performance in North Central's wins against the University of Dubuque and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which saw the junior involved in every Cardinal scoring play. Against Dubuque, she scored two goals in the game's final five minutes to propel North Central to a 2-0 victory. She also played an integral role in the Cardinals' 2-0 victory over UW-Whitewater, tallying assists on both North Central goals.

Last season, Dimovski was named to the CCIW Second Team having led the team in goals and points.

North Central looks to extend their win streak to four games when they travel to Lisle tonight to face the Benedictine University eagles. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
