Mar. 16, 2020 - Coming off a career-high total of seven goals and six assists in a 20-2 win over Benedictine University last Wednesday, North Central College women's lacrosse senior Madeline McHugh has been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Player of the Week this week, the conference announced Monday.

McHugh scored four goals in the first half of the contest against the Eagles followed by a three second-half performance. Her seven goals ranks tied for fourth in program history for goals in a single game, while her six assists ties for second on the single-game list.

This is the second-straight week McHugh has been given the honor of Player of the Week by the conference and is also the second occurrence in her career.
