2024 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American Teams

Dec. 18, 2024 – Kassandra Salviola of the North Central College women's soccer team earned her first United Soccer Coaches' (USC) Scholar selections between her nominations to the All-Region first-team and All-American third-team.

Salviola joins the teams for the first time after a stellar academic year with a 3.68 GPA in pursuit of a degree in sociology. On the field she earned her second consecutive CCIW Defensive Studen-Athlete of the Year award while anchoring the backline to ten shutout victories. Throughout the season she scored nine goals and five assists to earn two weekly CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete Awards. She was also honored earlier this month with a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American second-team selection and USC All-Region first-team slot.

With her efforts, the team completed the season with a 16-5-1 record with only one CCIW loss. They ended the season with their second CCIW Tournament title and second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
