Apr. 17, 2024 - After making program history last weekend at the Wheaton College Invitational, Marcedes Jackson has been nominated for the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Student-Athlete of the Week.
 
At the Invitational, Jackson earned a jaw-dropping 11.80 in the 100-meter dash. Her time surpassed teammate Lindsey Novak's 11.94-second record from 2023. Not only does she hold the No. 1 time in the program's history, but she ties for second in Division III this year.
 
Jackson and the Cardinals will compete in the Meet of Champions Apr. 19 and Apr. 20 on the campus of Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill. Friday's events begin at 1:30 p.m., while Saturday's events begin at 9:00 a.m. For more information about the meet, click HERE.
