Nov. 18, 2025 - The North Central College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) hosted the Helping Harvest Food Drive on Nov. 11 inside the Wilde Recreation Center to support families in need.

The SAAC serves as the "student-athlete voice" within the Athletic Department while providing opportunities to enhance the student-athlete experience at North Central. The committee is composed of representatives from each varsity athletic team, athletic training, the athletics band, cheerleading and dance teams.

More than 18 teams contributed to the effort, donating 2,305 food items. Student-athletes also distributed flyers to more than 1,000 households in the Naperville area to raise awareness for the drive.
