April 1, 2025 – For the third time in Abby MacKenzie's career and second time this season, the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) has selected her as the defensive Student-Athlete of the Week after anchoring the defense in a 13-9 win on the road against Saint Mary's College.

MacKenzie scored two goals while winning four draw controls, causing two turnovers, and scooping up five groundballs. She currently ranks third in goals per game in the CCIW with an average of 3.63 goals.

As the only Cardinal on the roster to earn a CCIW weekly award, she marks the program's 40th conference weekly award since 2012.

The Cardinals continue their road schedule at Calvin University on Thursday, April 3rd at 5 p.m. (ET).
