2025 CSC Academic All-District Baseball List
June 3, 2025 — Tying a program record for most Academic All-District selections, the North Central College baseball team placed

Austin Wienke and
Parker Wyatt on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for their combined success on the field and in the classroom.
Nominated by CSC members, student-athletes must be at least sophomores both academically and athletically and maintain a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50. In softball, position players must have participated in at least 90 percent of their team's games or started at least 66 percent, while pitchers must have at least 17 appearances or 35 innings pitched.
Kutcher, now a three-time CSC Academic All-District honoree, posted a 4–2 record on the mound over 54 innings. The electrical engineering major struck out 37 batters and led the Cardinals to four straight wins in his final four starts. He also recorded five RBIs and two triples offensively.
Bollman, a two-time selection, went 3–0 in nine appearances. Over 37 innings, he held batters to a .241 average and posted a 4.14 ERA. The finance major helped lead North Central to wins in each of his final four starts.
Wyatt, a first-time honoree and finance major, ended the season on a 15-game hitting streak, finishing with a .344 batting average. He tallied 35 RBIs, 32 runs, seven doubles, six home runs and 10 stolen bases. Wyatt hit .667 with two home runs, seven runs, six RBIs and a triple in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Tournament, helping the Cardinals earn their 14th NCAA Tournament berth in program history.
Wienke, also a first-time selection and marketing major, led the team with 55 hits. He hit .301 with 35 RBIs, 27 runs, nine doubles and one home run while starting all 45 games. Wienke led the Cardinals with 18 multi-hit games, including four three-hit performances.
North Central now has 19 CSC Academic All-District awards in program history. Kutcher joins Luke Lamm as the only Cardinal baseball players to earn the honor in three different seasons.
