Dr. Keeler Invitational Entries

COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY ENTRIES

• ONLY ENTER COLLEGIATE ATHLETES.
Athletes must be currently eligible for competition for their collegiate institution for the 2011 outdoor track & field season. Unattached and club athletes must follow “Unattached/Club” instructions, otherwise entries will not be accepted.
• DO NOT EMAIL, CALL, OR FAX ENTRIES.
• All entries must be entered via www.directathletics.com.
• Registered teams will receive e-mail updates prior to the meet.
• Coaches and athletes are prohibited from the inside of the press box.

DEADLINES
• All entries must be declared by Wednesday, May 11th @ 11:03 am.
• Late entries will not be accepted.
• “Undeclared” entries will not be entered.
• Enter verifiable performances outdoor performances from March 1st, 2011 to May 11th, 2011. Location and date will be required.
• Entries/changes will not be allowed on meet day.

FEES
• Fees are calculated on your “declared” roster on Wednesday, May 11th @ 11:03 am.
NO REFUNDS – Institutions will be responsible for “no shows” or scratches after declaration.
• $100 per relay entry
• $25 per male athlete; $25 per female athlete
• $300 maximum for men’s team
• $300 maximum for women’s team
• Make checks payable to North Central College
• Institutional checks or cash only – NO PERSONAL CHECKS
• Payments may be sent prior to meet day or paid on meet day. NO LATE PAYMENTS.
• If you enter a team and do not “show”, your Athletic Director will receive a payment notice.
 
UNATTACHED/CLUB ENTRIES

• Unattached, redshirt, hardship, and club athletes must follow “Unattached/Club” instructions, otherwise entries will not be accepted.
• Current high school age athletes are not eligible for participation (as per NCAA bylaws).
• DO NOT EMAIL, CALL, OR FAX ENTRIES.
• All entries must be entered via www.signmeup.com/76146
• Priority will be given to current collegiate athletes for lanes, sections, flights, and field event finals.

DEADLINES
• All entries must be declared by Monday, May 9th @ 6:57pm.
• Late entries will not be accepted.
• “Undeclared” entries will not be entered.
• Email, phone, or faxed entries will not be accepted.
• Entries/changes will not be allowed on meet day.

FEES
