A member of the North Central faculty since 2015 ,Dr. Chawla has been a faculty mentor for the men’s swimming team since 2017.
 
Role as Faculty Mentor: "My primary goal is to be a resource that the swim team members can use for academic concerns. Balancing academics and athletics is not easy, so I also see my role as mentoring students in time management and building a proactive approach towards their education and careers."
