2010: Ran 4:18.14 for the mile, 8:47.51 for 3,000 meters and 15:02.11 for 5,000 meters indoors. Ran on record-setting distance medley relay team (10:09.53) at the CCIW Indoor Championships, also placing third in the mile. Achieved season best times of 1:58.80 in the 800-meters, 3:55.08 in the 1,500-meters and a provisional qualifying time of 14:40.15 in the 5,000-meters during outdoors. Was a member of the 4x1,600-meter and Distance Medley Relay squads at the Drake Relays. Placed fifth in the 1,500-meters and eighth in the 5,000-meters at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW selection and CCIW Man of the Year Award winner.

2009: Ran 4:16.10 for the mile and 8:57.85 for 3,000 meters indoors... Placed fifth in the mile at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 1:57.54 for 800 meters, 3:54.85 for 1,500 meters and 14:54.13 for 5,000 meters outdoors. Placed second at CCIW Outdoor Championships and provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships at 1,500 meters. Academic All-CCIW.

2008: Finished 9th for the team and 18th overall at the CCIW Cross Country Championships... Finished sixth overall in the mile at the CCIW Indoor Championships...

2007: Finished fifth overall in the mile at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Finished seventh overall in the 1,500m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships...
