Biography
2010: Clocked a season-best time of 49.49 at the Benedictine Invitational in the 400-meter dash before placing sixth the following weekend in the 400 at the CCIW Outdoor Championships... Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships while winning the event at the Gregory Invitational in a provisional qualifying time of 3:13.43.
2009: Third in the 400m dash and second in 4x400m relay at the CCIW Indoor Championships... contributed to second-place finishes in 4x100 and 4x400 relays at CCIW Outdoor Championships, while also placing fifth at 400m and eighth at 200m.
2008: Member of the second place 4 x 800m Relay team at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Placed fifth overall in the 800 Meters at the CCIW Outdoor Championships... National meet provisional qualifier as a member of the 4x400 relay team.
2007: Member of the first place 4x800m relay at the CCIW Indoor Championships (7:58.75)... Member of the 4x400m relay that placed second at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Third in the 800 meters at the CCIW Outdoor Championships... Drake Relays champion as a member of the 3,200-meter relay.
