2010: Ran 4:21.12 for the mile, 8:49.91 for 3,000 meters and 14:55.03 for 5,000 meters indoors... Won CCIW Indoor Championship in the 5,000 while also placing fifth in the mile... Provisionally qualified for nationals in both the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:09.69) and the 5,000-meter run (14:42.79) during the outdoor season... Placed second at the CCIW Outdoor Championships and 15th at the NCAA Division III National Championships in the steeplechase.
2009: Ran 8:56.44 for 3,000 meters and 15:04.91 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed eighth at CCIW Indoor Championships at 5,000 meters. Ran 9:28.23 for 3,000 meter steeplechase and 15:06.03 for 5,000 meters outdoors. Placed second at CCIW Outdoor Championships in steeplechase.
2008: Finished ninth overall in the mile at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Finished 17th overall in the 5,000m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships...
