2008-09: Placed fifth at CCIW Cross Country Championships and 32nd at Division III National Championships, earning All-America honors...finished fifth in 3,000-meter run at CCIW Indoor Championships...placed third in 10,000m and fifth in 5,000m at CCIW Outdoor Championships...provisionally qualified for outdoor nationals in 10,000m (30:53.42)...also turned in season bests of 8:37.62 (3,000m) and 14:46.68 (5,000m).
2007-08: Finished 12th at the CCIW Cross Country Championships...Finished 119th at NCAA Cross Country Championships... Member of the runner-up 4x800m relay team at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Provisional national championships qualifier in the 5,000m.
2006-07: CCIW?Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the conference title in 25:22...placed sixth at the NCAA?III?Midwest Regional to earn all-regional honors... posted season-best time of 24:59 at the regional...finished 82nd overall at the NCAA?III?Championships to help the Cardinals place 13th as a team...ran on 4x800m relay team that won CCIW indoor title.
