2010: Ran 4:16.51 for the mile, 8:43.72 for 3,000 meters and 15:14.29 for 5,000 meters indoors. Won CCIW Indoor Championship as a member of the distance medley relay team, which established a new meet record (10:09.53)... Ran 3:56.69 for 1,500 meters and14:39.03 for 5,000 meters... Provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships in the 5,000 at the Wheaton Twilight Invitational where he placed third... Placed third in the 1,500 at the Benedictine Invitational...
2009: Did not compete.
2008: Placed fourth in the Mile and eighth in the 800m at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase and fourth in the 1,500m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships...
