EVANSTON, Ill. (Dec. 16, 2011)--NCAA Division I foe #19 Northwestern University defeated the North Central College wrestling team, 40-6, Friday night inside Welsh-Ryan Arena.

Dropping down to the 125 pound weight class for the first time in his wrestling career, Nathan Fitzenreider lost a close battle to #8 ranked Levi Mele (3-0) in the opening match of the night.

Two Cardinals came out victorious on Friday night as Andrew Zobac defeated Pat Greco (7-2) at 141 pounds and at 184 pounds, Andrew Hiller outdueled Marcus Shrewsbury, winning by a 7-5 margin.    

Cardinals to compete at Midlands Championship hosted by Northwestern University Dec. 29-30 in Evanston, Ill.
