Hannah Magiera. She was assisted by midfielder
Nicholette Fulk off a corner kick to bring the final, 2-1.
Both teams had a quiet first half as each received shots on goal, but came up short as the defense of each side held the score at zero.
However in the second half, the Stars (8-7-0) were first on the board with a goal by Taylor Adler in the 59
th minute to push ahead of the Cardinals (6-4-2, CCIW 2-1).

Megan Pacetti offered shots on goal, but it was forward
Caitlyn Orawiec who shot in the first goal for the Cardinals from 28-yards out that tipped off the hands of Dominican's goalkeeper Sara Stepanovich.
Dominican and North Central would wrap up the second half tied at one to begin overtime.
In the third period, Fulk and forward
Jorie Pelafas would attempt to win the game for the Cardinals with shots of their own, but end up just a little wide of the net.
It was a huge save by goalkeeper
Nicki Seiton that held the Cardinals tied to bring in Fulk and Magiera who helped the Cardinals win it.
North Central is back at it again on Wednesday as they travel to Augustana College for a conference matchup beginning at 5 p.m.
