LAKE BLUFF, Ill. (Feb. 28, 2014) – The North Central College men's tennis team dropped its first dual of the spring season, falling 8-1 to Lake Forest College at the Racquet Club of Lake Bluff.
 
The Foresters (3-5) swept all three doubles matches to start the evening, as the Cardinal combination of Rustam Saini and Josh Rodig fell 9-7 at No. 1, the duo's first loss of the season.
 
In singles play, Lake Forest was victorious in five of six matches but the Cardinals (5-2) lone victory came from Saini at the No. 1 position, coming back from a set down to defeat Anthony Warren, 2-6, 6-4, 10-4.
 
North Central returns to the court Saturday, March 8, hosting Aurora University at 12 pm.
