LAKE BLUFF, Ill. (Apr. 3, 2015) –
The North Central College men's tennis team dropped a College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) dual at the hands of Carthage College, 9-0 on Friday afternoon at the Lake Bluff Racquet Club, falling to 0-2 in conference play this season.
 
The Red Men (11-6, 1-0 CCIW) jumped out to a 3-0 advantage, winning all three doubles matches as Oliver Moews and Aleksandar Vasic fought Pawel Jaworski and Jordan Verbauwhede at the No. 1 position, but ultimately fell 8-4.
 
Carthage went on to sweep all six singles matches over the Cardinals (5-9, 0-2 CCIW) in straight sets to claim the match 9-0.
 
North Central plays host to Purdue University Calumet in a non-conference dual on Friday, Apr. 10, slated to begin at 3 p.m. at the NCC Tennis Courts.
