United Coaches' All-Region Selection

Naperville, Ill. (Nov. 29th, 2021) - After completing the 2021 season with the goals, assist, and points and a selection to the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) First Team All-Conference, North Central College women's soccer student-athlete Elle Sutter has added an all-region accolade to her resume, as the United Soccer Coaches' named the sophomore forward to the Third Team in the Central Region on Monday. 

Sutter's selection is the third Cardinal in the last three seasons to be named to the all-region team following Aly Crum and Lexi Dimovski. 

Sutter finished the 2021 campaign with nine goals, five assists, and 23 points. Sutter helped pace the offense for two goals per game, which helped the Cardinals to their first appearance in the CCIW Championship game in program history. The women's soccer program also reached new heights by breaking the program record for wins in a season. 

The Cardinals finished the season with a 12-7-1 overall record and with key returners coming back for the 2022 season, look to build on their success.
