2021 CoSIDA Academic All-American Teams

Naperville, Ill. (Dec. 8th, 2021) - North Central College women's soccer player Kily Egan has been named to the 2021 NCAA Division III Academic All-American Third Team, nominated and voted upon by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). 

Egan was one of 33 players in the NCAA Division III selected to the All-American teams and was one of 11 honorees with a 4.0 GPA. Egan is the only College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) women's soccer player to receive this award and is the first women's soccer player in North Central College history to receive this award. 

Egan, a marketing major from Cincinnati, Ohio, has received the CCIW Elite 25 award and the Academic All-District award this season. Egan had a huge impact on the season playing in 20 games and starting in 19 of them. Egan also tallied eight goals and two assists this season. 

North Central College was one of five schools to have a women and men soccer player nominated for the award and was one of two schools to have both players have a 4.0 GPA .
