May 2, 2022 - After being the fifth player in program history to surpass a career scoring milestone last weekend, North Central College men's lacrosse player,
Scott Allgood, was named College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Offensive Player of the Week.
Allgood, a Senior from Naperville, Ill, helped the Cardinals clinch the No. 3 seed in the CCIW Tournament this weekend, tying his season high with four goals and added one assist, pushing the Cardinals past Transylvania University 14-8 on Friday, Apr. 29. This season, Allgood has scored 22 goals and 20 assists while tallying 42 points, the third most for the Cardinals. Allgood was also the fifth Cardinal in program history to score 100 career points and is currently second all time for assists with 58.
Allgood and the Cardinals take a trip up north to Kenosha, Wis. to take on the Firebirds of Carthage College in the CCIW Semifinals on Friday, May 6. The opening face-off is set for 7 pm inside Art Keller Field. For more information about the CCIW Tournament, click HERE.
