CCIW News Release

May 3, 2022 - North Central College sprinter Jamauri Spivery has been recognized as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Track Athlete of the Week for Apr. Apr. 25-May 1 after winning two events at Friday's Elmhurst University Invitational.

Spivery won the 100-meter dash in 10.61 seconds, surpassing his own North Central wind-legal record of 10.71 set the previous week while also anchoring the 4-by-100-meter relay team to victory in a season-best time of 42.06 seconds. Spivery now ranks second in the CCIW and 24th among all NCAA Division III competitors in the 100, while the relay team ranks second-fastest as well.

The 2022 CCIW Outdoor Championships will be contested Friday and Saturday at Wheaton College's McCully Stadium. Click HERE for a meet schedule and other information.
