Nov 1, 2023 – North Central College women's cross country team competed in the Red/White Invitational. They raced three miles today as they got ready for the upcoming NCAA Division III Midwest Regional. 

Julia Benes got first in the entire meet as she ran the course in 17:48.0. She kept a pace of 5:56 throughout the entire course. She was followed by her teammate Lily Anderson as she finished in third with a time of 18:01.5. The other scorers for the Cardinals are Segilola Smith-Pariola in 5th place (18:03.3), Nicole Brandy in 10th place (18:28.2), Alayna Ruach in 11th place (18:29.9).  

Only four teams competed today in the meet. Washington University in St. Louis competed taking first with 27 points, North Central in second with 30 points, Aurora in third with 87 points, and Moody Bible Institute in fourth with 116 points.  

The Cardinals continue into the season as they compete in the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional hosted by Wartburg College on Nov. 11.
