2023 United Soccer Coaches' All-Region Teams

Nov. 28, 2023 – After a historic multi-record-breaking season, the North Central College women's soccer team was honored with a program-high four United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-Region first-team selections including, Kassandra Salviola, Jordan Lange, Sarah Andrey, and Elle Sutter.

Representing the defense for the Cardinals is sophomore Kassandra Salviola after anchoring the team to a complete shutout of the entire College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) in the regular season. Along the way, she earned Academic All-District, CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year, a CCIW first-team selection, scored four goals, two assists, and ten shots with eight on goal.

In mid-field, the CCIW first-year student-athlete award winner, Jordan Lange earned her slot coming off a multi-record-shattering year. In her first season for the Cardinals, she shattered the freshman program records for goals (14), assists (10), points (38), and earned a CCIW first-team selection. In the program's first NCAA postseason tournament, she made history again with the program's first post-season goal.

On offense, senior forward Sarah Andrey earned her first-team selection after placing second for goals (17), and second in shots (79), while tallying eight assists, and three game-winning goals. All of this resulted in a first-team All-CCIW selection and an Academic All-District slot.

Also representing the offense is the CCIW offensive student-athlete of the year winner, Elle Sutter. The senior forward earned the honor after breaking program records in career points (113), single-season points (60), career goals (49), and single-season goals (27). She recorded eighty-five shots with fifty-five on target, six assists, eight game-winning goals, an Academic All-District slot, and an All-CCIW First Team selection.

The North Central College women's soccer team notched a multi-record-breaking season with a program-best 18-2-1 record with the program's first-ever NCAA tournament appearance. They take home a program-high four All-Region first team selections and await All-American selections.
